Great for baking and pecsn pies!

Do not buy the pecan meal! It is absolutely unusable due the ridiculously large amount of hard bitter kernel fuzz and hard shell pieces mixed into the entire bag. I threw the entire bag into the garbage. Such a waste of money!
Full disclosure, I love the cracked and shelled pecans but stay away from the pecan meal.
